Payment for your homeopathic consultation fees can be in US Dollars, GBP, or Euros.
You will be able to pay by PayPal, credit card, cash/check/money order.
After the consultation you will be sent an invoice.
All payment is due upon receipt of service.
first full APPOINTMENT
1 HOUR @ $200
Your first appointment and first prescription. In this appointment we prepare for working together.
I record your current symptoms and health history overview. We discuss the aims of treatment, develop a plan, and I prescribe your first remedy.
Plan to book your follow-ups at approximately 5-8 week intervals.
If more than 12 months has past since we last met, use the one hour Full Appointment booking.
Remedy service is separate.

FOLLOW-UP APPOINTMENTs
$95 - For one person - 30 Minutes
$180 - For two family members (joint consultation) - 50 Minutes
$270 - For three family members (joint consultation) - 75 Minutes
For continuity of healthcare book follow-ups to keep your progress moving forward.
We assess your response to the previous remedy. We look at small and large changes, any blockages, or other guiding signs. Based on this review I prescribe the next remedy or decide the next step.
Plan accordingly to book your follow-ups at approximately 5-8 week intervals.
If more than 12 months have passed since we last met, use the Full Appointment booking.

acute CARE APPOINTMENT - VIA ZOOM or email
20 MINUTES @ $55
For Cold, flu, or injury symptoms of less than two weeks duration and not part of a chronic condition.
This appointment is by Zoom video or email communication using 'ACUTE' in the subject line.
Includes up to one week of case management via email. If more case management is needed we can upgrade to 10 more days or book a full intake, if needed.
Note: Acutes often arise from an underlying chronic condition. An acute prescription may provide relief in the moment, however a thorough case taking may by required in a FIRST FULL APPOINTMENT to get to the root cause.

Same as ACUTE CARE APPOINTMENT above but conducted by EMAIL.
Send an email description of the symptoms and a timeline of events prior to onset of the symptoms. One email per person, noted in the subject line (ex: ACUTE/name).
An invoice will be sent to you. Upon receipt of payment your notes will be reviewed and a prescription sent to you.

Shingles - Varicella immune system education.
Travel - region specific immune system education.
Research (thru CDC) of relevant disease incidence, rainy seasons, and main concerns for your travel destination.

HOMEOPATHIC PRESCRIPTION
Your prescription will be emailed to you after your consultation. It will include the remedies that you will need, a link to where to purchase them and details of how to take them.
REMEDY SERVICEs - $40-100
Remedy sourcing will vary. Thus fees will vary. Complex prescribing methods such as Human Chemistry Integrated methods involve more remedies.

Cancellation Policy, Missed Appointments, &...
APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION - Requires 24 hour minimum notice to reschedule or cancel. To make changes use your booking confirmation email ‘cancellation/rescheduling’ link or email me directly.
MISSED APPOINTMENTS - Barring any untoward emergency, I agree to pay the same fee for a missed appointment as I would for a scheduled visit to compensate for the time that was reserved for you.
TIME ZONE - Appointments made on my booking calendar will be adjusted to each of our time zones automatically (click the ‘set timezone’ button before searching for your appointment). And be sure your computer is set to your time zone.
BUSINESS DAYS - Business days are Monday through Friday.
ACUTE CARE - Acute care appointments can be booked same-day or send an email with ‘ACUTE’ in the subject line and the person’s name who needs help. Use a separate email for each person needing acute care. We will arrange a video consult or work by email.
